1. Overview

Fenxil provides unlimited graphic design services on a subscription basis. These services include:
Logo design, social media graphics, print materials,UI designs and other 2D designs.
Unlimited design requests and revisions
Source files are provided with every project.

Exclusions:

Video editing, Animation, 3D modeling, motion graphics.
Complex illustrations, coding, website or app development.

By using our service, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your company.

2. Subscription & Billing

• Our services operate on a monthly subscription model.

• Payment is required in advance via PayPal.

• All sales are final; no refunds will be issued once a billing cycle begins.

• If payment fails, services will be paused until payment is successfully processed.

3. Request & Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround time: 1–2 business days per request (varies by complexity).

• Revisions are unlimited, but excessive revisions may extend delivery time.

• Requests are handled one at a time in the queue.

4. Ownership & Copyright

• Full rights to completed designs are transferred to the client upon final delivery.

• Fenxil does not use or showcase client designs anywhere.

• We do not provide copyright for licensed stock assets or fonts used in designs.

5. Fair Use Policy

• Unlimited designs does not mean unlimited workload at once.

• Excessive requests may require longer processing times.

• Abuse of the service (e.g., spam requests, unreasonable demands) may lead to service termination.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

• If you are dissatisfied, please contact us at hello@fenxil.com and we will attempt to resolve the issue.

7. Confidentiality

• All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential.

• Fenxil will not share, resell, or distribute any designs created for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee third-party approval for designs (e.g., ad platforms, print vendors).

• Fenxil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
